Pros and Cons

Honestly, since the first sip, it's an absolute delight. Layers and layers of dark forest fruit (and not only) combined with a little oak spice and hints of orange make this whisky perfect for sipping no matter the weather. I don't know what I expected, but certainly not this much abundance of flavour.

In Conclusion

Overall, consider me a big fan of the Canada Edition. I've not yet tried a Bimber whisky I didn't like, but I do have my favourites - I absolutely loved the Valentine's Edition as well as last year's Christmas one, and this is not joining the list.

It has a lovely mouthfeel, a great finish and a burst of flavour in between. Cannot fault it in any way, shape or form.

It was released in June 2026, and it was priced at £98 if bought on its own on Bimber's official website, or £348 if bought as part of the trio (with the Mexico and USA Editions, in a hand-numbered matching box set.
