Time for another drink!
Totonoi Sake is a Junmai Seishu from Sawanotsuru Brewery.

A bit about
Only rice, koji and water (Nada Miyamizu) are used in the making of this sake made by Sawanotsury Brewery in Nada, Kobe, Japan.
Totonoi Sake has 1.3 acidity, -28 on the Nihonshu-do scale, amino acid 1.4 and 10% ABV.

Time to try it!
The Totonoi Sake is very delicate on the nose, a bit on the sweet side, with a very mild taste, reminding me of ripe pears.
I initially tried it cold (around 10C), I tried it only a bit chilled (15C), and then I warmed it up to around 35C. Overall, my favourite way to enjoy this sake was lightly chilled.
I can see this sake pairing well with pretty much any savoury food, especially Japanese-style dishes.

In conclusion
If you manage to find it in any shops around you, by all means, give it a try; it's delightful.
The 180 ml bottle I bought at the end of the Sawanotsuru Brewery Museum tour was around 400 Yen.
If you want to try a few other sakes, you can give these a try.

As always, please drink responsibly.
