Time for another drink!
Product of Suntory, the Torys Classic has 37% ABV, and it is classified in the EU as a (Japanese) Spirit, rather than a whisky.

Time to try it!
Nose: Barely anything, a very vague idea of caramel
Palate: You can taste a faint idea of barley through the alcohol, but not much.
Finish: Honestly confusing, not much happening there. I would lie if I said otherwise

Pros and Cons
In a highball, sure, why not, but make sure to add all the lemon you can find
I wouldn't recommend this neat. At all.
Adding a very small amount of water might make things slightly more palatable, but while you're at it, add some ice cubes, a slice of lemon and change the water to soda water, you're honestly better off having a highball, which I have to admit, is not half bad.
I found this 180ml bottle in a shop in Tokyo, during my most recent trip to Japan, and unfortunately, I cannot advise where you could potentially purchase this in the UK, in case you were curious about it.

In Conclusion
This is certainly not a sipping whisky, or anything remotely close.
If highball cocktails are your thing, or you're planning on making very fruity cocktails for which you need a spirit which won't impact the flavour too much, then, by all means, give this one a go.
For everything else, Suntory has such an amazing selection of whiskies, you'll be spoilt for choice.

As always, please drink responsibly.
