Rosemary, Cheese and Garlic Crackers
A super easy recipe for delicious homemade crackers.
Easy to make and ready in no time - about 30 minutes for prepping, baking and cleaning up.
You will need:
1 tsp dry rosemary
3 cloves garlic crushed
1 cup flour
1/2 cup cheese
3-4 tbsp water
5 tsp chilli-infused olive oil
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt

Preheat the oven to 180C/gas4
Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well
Roll the dough on a working surface to 1/2 cm thickness
Cut strips/squares/whatever shapes you desire with a knife or pizza cutter
Place the dough on a tray lined with baking parchment
Bake for 10-12 minutes
Leave the crackers to cool down completely
You can always add extra spices or herbs if you want, such as chilli flakes, Italian-style seasoning, paprika or dried parsley.
You can store them in an air-tight container for about a week.
You can roll the dough thinner, for crunchier crackers, or thicker for bigger, flakier ones
I usually pair these with Cheese Boards, hummus and chilli dips
