A super easy recipe for delicious homemade crackers.

Rosemary, Cheese and Garlic Crackers

Easy to make and ready in no time - about 30 minutes for prepping, baking and cleaning up.

Rosemary, Cheese and Garlic Crackers

You will need:

  • 1 tsp dry rosemary

  • 3 cloves garlic crushed

  • 1 cup flour

  • 1/2 cup cheese

  • 3-4 tbsp water

  • 5 tsp chilli-infused olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp pepper

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 1 tsp salt

Rosemary, Cheese and Garlic Crackers Recipe

How to:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/gas4

  2. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well

  3. Roll the dough on a working surface to 1/2 cm thickness

  4. Cut strips/squares/whatever shapes you desire with a knife or pizza cutter

  5. Place the dough on a tray lined with baking parchment

  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes

  7. Leave the crackers to cool down completely

  8. Enjoy!

  • You can always add extra spices or herbs if you want, such as chilli flakes, Italian-style seasoning, paprika or dried parsley.

  • You can store them in an air-tight container for about a week.

  • You can roll the dough thinner, for crunchier crackers, or thicker for bigger, flakier ones

  • I usually pair these with Cheese Boards, hummus and chilli dips
